#ACC333 18th Century Naginata-Saya (Halberd Blade Cover) Converted For Use As A Wall Hanging Flower Vase

This mother-of -pearl and black lacquered saya has soft, elegant curves. It has been fitted with a silver ring at the back to enable it to be hung on the wall as well as a removable waterproof copper lining where the halberd blade once was.

Such 'ichirin-sashi' (single bloom vases) look sensational hung on a plain white wall with a single hanging branch.
